Bev Miller is a 4th year Ph.D. candidate in Chemical Engineering. Her research involves biomaterials design for injury repair, with a focus on volumetric muscle loss and pelvic organ prolapse. Bev plans to pursue a post-doc in the field of reproductive health so one day she can lead her own lab that makes biomaterials to help understand and treat women’s health disparities. Bev earned her B.S. in Bioengineering from Oregon State University in 2017 and is originally from Portland, Oregon. For fun, she enjoys hiking, sports, dancing, weight lifting, and reading.
